Brian Hemedinger is a real estate investor, coach, and sales leader. He spent the first 10 years of his professional life pursuing an acting career in NYC. In 2006, Brian was recently married, 95k in debt, and earning less than 35k per year; he decided to pivot. He transitioned to a successful career with an upscale fitness brand taking on multiple sales and leadership roles over 15+ years working with hundreds of sales people and business leaders and overseeing sales for 30 locations representing more than $300 million in annual revenue. Along the path, Brian discovered the power of investing in Multifamily real estate and is passionate about helping other hard working professionals take control of their financial future and diversify into cash flowing real estate.

Nick is a partner at Quantum Capital, assisting in acquisitions and asset management. Through his 13 years in leadership roles, Nick has found success by solving big problems through relentless hard work and ingenuity.
He has been an active real estate investor in Austin since 2015, and oversees Quantum Capital’s portfolio in Austin, TX and Denver, CO. While originally from Denver, Nick moved to Austin in 2014 with his wife and two children, before moving back to Denver in 2021. Since joining Quantum Capital, Nick has played a key role in the acquisition and reposition of over $39M worth of apartment communities across Austin, Denver, and Los Angeles.
